サイコロビット（以下「当方」）は、ブラウザゲーム「ネコルフの迷宮」（https://nekolhu.saicorobit.com/、以下「本ゲーム」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報と利用目的
- 端末に保存する情報：冒険の途中経過、職業の成長、実績、冒険の記録、設定（音量・言語など）を、利用者の端末（ブラウザの保存領域）に保存します。これらは、利用者がクラウド保存またはランキングを使うまで、当方には送信されません。
- Googleアカウントでのログイン：クラウド保存とランキングは、Googleアカウントでログインして使います。当方が保存するのは、Googleから受け取るアカウントの識別子だけで、メールアドレス・氏名・プロフィール画像は保存しません。ログインの状態は、そのタブの間だけ端末に保持し、当方のサーバーには照合用の値（ハッシュ）だけを保存します。
- クラウド保存：利用者が保存を選んだときに、上記のゲームのデータを当方のサーバーに保存します。別の端末で続きを遊ぶため、また同時の保存による食い違いを防ぐために使います。
- ランキング：利用者が決めたプレイヤー名と識別用の4桁の番号、登録した冒険の得点・ターン・冒険Lv・職業・達成日時、および得点を確かめるための冒険の記録（開始の条件と操作）を保存します。ログインして冒険を始めるときは、ランキングの対象にするため、当方のサーバーが盤面の並びを決める番号を配り、その番号を保存します。プレイヤー名・番号・得点・ターン・冒険Lv・職業・達成日時は、ランキングとして他の利用者に表示されます。プレイヤー名には、本名など個人を特定できる情報を使わないでください。
- アクセスの情報：本ゲームはCloudflare, Inc.のサービスで配信しています。配信と安全の確保のため、CloudflareがIPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス日時などを処理します。当方はアクセス解析ツールを使用していません。
- お問い合わせ：お問い合わせのメールアドレスと内容を、回答のために使います。
2. 広告
本ゲームでは、倒れた冒険を再開するための任意の広告（報酬付き広告「広告を見て再開」）に、Google LLCの広告配信サービスを利用します。広告は、提供できる環境でのみ表示します。
広告を表示するとき、Googleなどの第三者配信事業者は、Cookieや端末の識別子を使い、利用者の本ゲームや他のウェブサイトへのアクセスの情報に基づいて、広告の配信と効果の測定を行うことがあります。欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスからアクセスする利用者には、Googleの同意メッセージを表示し、利用者の選択に従って広告を配信します。
パーソナライズド広告は、Googleの広告設定で無効にできます。また、www.aboutads.info で第三者配信事業者のCookieを無効にできます。Googleによる情報の使用については、Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用をご覧ください。
3. 利用する外部のサービス
- Google LLC（Googleアカウントでのログイン、広告）
- Cloudflare, Inc.（本ゲームの配信、クラウド保存とランキングのデータの保管）
これらのサービスは日本国外（米国など）の事業者が提供しており、データが国外で処理・保管されることがあります。各社での取り扱いは、Googleのプライバシーポリシー、Cloudflareのプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
4. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。ランキングで他の利用者に表示される情報は、第1項のとおりです。
5. 保存する期間と削除
- ログインのセッションは最長24時間で失効します（ログアウトするとすぐ失効します）。
- クラウド保存、プレイヤー名、ランキングの記録は、削除のご依頼があるまで保存します。週替わりの挑戦のランキングは約4週間、登録の確認のための記録は約1週間、冒険を始めるときに配った番号は約30日で削除します。
- 端末に保存した情報は、ブラウザのデータを消去すると削除されます。
クラウド保存、ランキングの登録、Googleアカウントとの関連付けの削除をご希望の場合は、下記の窓口にご連絡ください。
6. 開示・訂正・利用停止などのご請求
ご本人から、保有する情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用の停止などのご請求があった場合は、法令に従って対応します。下記の窓口にご連絡ください。
7. 未成年の方
未成年の方は、保護者の方の同意を得てご利用ください。
8. 安全管理
通信の暗号化、セッション情報のハッシュ化、アクセスの制限など、情報の漏えいなどを防ぐための措置を講じます。
9. 改定
必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定し、このページで公表します。

Privacy Policy

Saicorobit ("we") describes here how information is handled in the browser game "Nekolhu's Labyrinth" (https://nekolhu.saicorobit.com/, "the Game").
1. Information and purposes
- Kept on your device: your adventure in progress, class progress, achievements, adventure records and settings (volume, language) are stored in your browser. They are not sent to us unless you use the cloud save or the rankings.
- Signing in with Google: the cloud save and the rankings need a Google sign-in. We store only the account identifier Google gives us, not your email address, name or picture. The signed-in state is kept on your device for that tab only; our server keeps only a hash to check it.
- Cloud save: when you choose to save, the game data above is stored on our server, so you can continue on another device and conflicting saves are avoided.
- Rankings: we store the player name you choose with a 4-digit tag, the score, turn, adventure level, class and date of the adventures you enter, and the adventure's record (its start and moves) used to verify the score. When you start an adventure while signed in, our server deals the number that sets the board's order, so that the adventure can enter the rankings, and stores that number. The player name, tag, score, turn, adventure level, class and date are shown to other players in the rankings. Do not use your real name or other personal information as a player name.
- Access information: the Game is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes IP addresses, browser types and access times to deliver and protect it. We do not use analytics tools.
- Contact: if you contact us, we use your email address and message to answer.
2. Advertising
The optional rewarded ad that revives a lost adventure ("Watch ad to revive") is served by Google LLC's advertising services, only where ads are available.
When ads are shown, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads based on your visits to the Game and other websites. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see Google's consent message, and ads follow their choice.
You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings, and opt out of third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
3. Services we use
- Google LLC (Google sign-in, advertising)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (delivery of the Game, storage of cloud saves and rankings)
These providers are based outside Japan (for example in the United States), and data may be processed and stored abroad. See Google's Privacy Policy and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
4. Sharing
We do not give your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. What the rankings show to other players is listed in section 1.
5. Retention and deletion
- A sign-in session expires within 24 hours (at once when you sign out).
- Cloud saves, player names and ranking entries are kept until you ask us to delete them. Weekly challenge rankings are removed after about four weeks, records of entry checks after about a week, and the numbers dealt when adventures start after about 30 days.
- What is kept on your device is removed when you clear your browser's data.

6. Your requests
We handle requests to disclose, correct, add to, delete or stop using your information as required by law. Contact us below.
7. Minors
Minors should use the Game with a parent's or guardian's consent.
8. Security
We protect information with encrypted connections, hashed session data and restricted access.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will publish changes on this page.
