利用規約

1. 適用範囲・提供者

本規約は、サイコロビット（以下「当方」）が提供するブラウザゲーム「ネコルフの迷宮」（以下「本ゲーム」）の利用条件を定めます。本ゲームをご利用の前に本規約をお読みいただき、同意のうえご利用ください。未成年の方は、保護者などの法定代理人の同意を得てご利用ください。本ゲームは現在、オープンβ版として提供しています（第8項）。

2. 利用料金・利用環境

本ゲームは無料で遊べます。端末、通信回線、通信料金は利用者のご負担となります。有料の商品・機能を提供する場合は、購入の前に内容・価格・条件を明示し、利用者の購入の操作なしに請求することはありません。すべての端末・ブラウザでの動作を保証するものではありません。

3. アカウント・保存データ

クラウド保存とランキングは、ご自身が利用する権限を持つGoogleアカウントでログインしてご利用ください。認証情報の共有、他人へのなりすまし、不正なアクセスは禁止します。

端末に保存したデータは、ブラウザのデータ消去などで失われることがあります。クラウド保存には、利用者が保存を選んだ時点のデータが保存され、常に最新の進行が反映されているとは限りません。端末を変える前などには、保存の状況をご確認ください。同時の更新による食い違いを防ぐため、別の端末からの保存を制限することがあります。

4. ランキング

ランキングには、ログインした利用者が自分の操作で冒険を登録できます。当方のサーバーは、登録された冒険の記録を本ゲームと同じルールで再計算した得点だけを掲載します。

プレイヤー名は他の利用者に表示されます。本名など個人を特定できる情報、他人になりすます名前、差別的・攻撃的・わいせつな名前、第三者の権利を侵害する名前は使わないでください。本規約に反する名前や登録は、当方が変更・削除することがあります。

5. 広告・視聴報酬

報酬付き広告（「広告を見て再開」）の視聴は任意です。報酬の内容・条件・利用できる回数は、視聴の前の画面に表示します。視聴の完了を確認できた場合に報酬を付与し、途中で終了した場合や広告を配信できなかった場合は報酬を付与せず、再開の回数も消費しません。広告の配信を常に保証するものではありません。

広告のリンク先での商品の購入やサービスの利用は、その提供者との取引となります。ただし、当方の責めに帰すべき事由についての責任を免除するものではありません。

6. 禁止事項

法令または公序良俗に反する行為、第三者の権利を侵害する行為、他人のアカウントやデータへの不正なアクセス、サーバーへの過度な負荷、ランキングの記録や得点の改ざん・偽装、不正な報酬の取得、広告の視聴の偽装、本ゲームの運営を妨げる行為を禁止します。利用の制限が必要な場合は、違反の内容・程度に応じた合理的な範囲で行います。

7. 著作権・利用許諾

本ゲームのうち当方が権利を持つプログラム・文章・画像などの著作権その他の権利は、サイコロビットに帰属します。第三者が権利を持つ部分は、各権利者に帰属します。

利用者には、本ゲームを個人的な娯楽のために利用する権利を許諾します。当方または各権利者の許可なく、本ゲームや素材を再配布・販売することは禁止します。ただし、法令または同梱する第三者のライセンスにより認められる利用を妨げません。

8. 変更・中断・終了

本ゲームは現在、オープンβ版として提供しています。オープンβ版の期間中は、ゲームの内容・バランスの調整や、保存データ・ランキングの記録のリセットを行うことがあります。リセットなど利用者に重要な影響を与える変更は、次の段落のとおり、緊急の場合を除き事前にお知らせします。

保守、障害への対応、安全の確保その他の合理的な理由により、本ゲームの機能の変更や提供の中断・終了を行うことがあります。利用者に重要な影響を与える変更や終了は、緊急の場合を除き、本ゲームの中または当方の案内で事前にお知らせします。本項は、当方の法令上の責任を免除するものではありません。

9. 免責事項・損害賠償

本ゲームは、利用環境、通信の状況、保守その他の事情により、利用できない場合や、データの保存・同期が正常に完了しない場合があります。

当方は、本ゲームの利用に関連して生じた損害について、当方の責めに帰すべき事由がある場合に、法令に従って責任を負います。当方、その代表者または使用者の軽過失（重大な過失を除く過失）により損害が生じた場合、当方が負う損害賠償の責任は、現実に発生した通常かつ直接の損害に限られ、逸失利益および特別の事情から生じた損害は含みません。この制限は、当方、その代表者または使用者に故意または重大な過失がある場合には適用しません。

本項は、消費者契約法その他の適用される法令により認められる利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。

10. 本規約の変更

本規約は、法令に定める条件と手続に従って変更することがあります。変更する場合は、変更の内容と適用日を本ゲームの中またはこのページで周知し、法令上必要な場合には利用者の同意を得ます。

11. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし、利用者に適用される強行法規による保護を排除しません。本規約の一部が無効と判断された場合でも、他の条項は法令上認められる範囲で存続します。

Terms of Use

1. Scope and provider

These terms set the conditions for using the browser game "Nekolhu's Labyrinth" ("the Game") provided by Saicorobit ("we"). Please read and agree to these terms before using the Game. Minors should use the Game with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian. The Game is currently provided as an open beta (section 8).

2. Price and environment

The Game is free to play. Devices, connections and their charges are your own. If paid items or features are offered, their content, price and conditions are shown before purchase, and nothing is charged without your purchase. We do not guarantee that the Game works on every device or browser.

3. Accounts and saved data

Use the cloud save and the rankings with a Google account you are entitled to use. Sharing credentials, impersonating others and unauthorized access are prohibited.

Data kept on your device can be lost, for example when browser data is cleared. The cloud save holds the data from when you chose to save and may not reflect your latest progress; check the save status before changing devices. To prevent conflicting updates, saving from another device may be restricted.

4. Rankings

Signed-in players can enter their adventures in the rankings by their own action. Our server lists only the score it computes by replaying the entered record with the Game's rules.

Player names are shown to other players. Do not use your real name or other personal information, names that impersonate others, discriminatory, abusive or obscene names, or names that infringe others' rights. We may change or remove names and entries that break these terms.

5. Ads and rewards

Watching a rewarded ad ("Watch ad to revive") is optional. The reward, its conditions and the number of uses are shown before watching. The reward is given when the view is confirmed as complete; if you stop early or no ad can be served, no reward is given and no continuation is used. Ad delivery is not guaranteed.

Purchases or services through an ad are transactions with their provider. This does not exclude our liability for causes attributable to us.

6. Prohibited conduct

Illegal or immoral conduct, infringing others' rights, unauthorized access to others' accounts or data, excessive load on our servers, tampering with or faking ranking records or scores, obtaining rewards improperly, faking ad views, and interfering with the Game's operation are prohibited. Any restriction of use is proportionate to the violation.

7. Copyright and license

Rights in the programs, text, images and other parts of the Game held by us belong to Saicorobit; parts owned by third parties belong to their owners.

You may use the Game for personal entertainment. Redistributing or selling the Game or its materials without permission from us or the owners is prohibited, except as allowed by law or by the included third-party licenses.

8. Changes, suspension and termination

The Game is currently provided as an open beta. During the open beta, we may adjust the content and balance of the Game and reset saved data and ranking records. Changes with an important effect on players, such as resets, are announced in advance as described in the next paragraph, except in emergencies.

We may change features or suspend or end the Game for maintenance, failures, security or other reasonable causes. Changes or termination with an important effect on players are announced in advance in the Game or by us, except in emergencies. This section does not exclude our legal liability.

9. Disclaimer and damages

The Game may be unavailable, or saving and syncing may not complete, because of your environment, connections, maintenance or other circumstances.

We are liable under the law for damage related to the Game when it is attributable to us. For damage caused by our slight negligence (not gross negligence) or that of our representatives or employees, our liability is limited to ordinary and direct damage actually incurred, excluding lost profits and damage from special circumstances. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

This section does not limit your rights under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms according to the conditions and procedures set by law. The changes and their effective date will be announced in the Game or on this page, and consent will be obtained where the law requires.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without excluding the protection of mandatory laws that apply to you. If any part is held invalid, the rest remains in effect to the extent permitted by law.
